Florenzius – Futuristic Portfolio Landing Page

The vision: a futuristic and abstract portfolio

One of the first things that caught my attention when I started working on this project was the futuristic and abstract vision that the artist Florenzius had for their portfolio. This immediately inspired me to use a bold and striking branding color, and I chose yellow because of its association with the trackmania/ubisoft nadeo team. The overall branding of the portfolio was centered around this color, which gave me plenty of room to experiment with different design elements that would complement it.

The key design and design speech

One of the key design elements that I used was an abstract illustration of the logo. This illustration served as the centerpiece of the landing page, and it helped to convey the artist’s vision in a visually appealing and eye-catching way. The logo was designed to be simple yet elegant, and it featured a combination of different shapes and lines that came together to form a cohesive whole.

In addition to the logo illustration, I also used short and concise titles and an explanatory description text to provide visitors with a clear understanding of what the artist’s portfolio was all about. These titles and descriptions were carefully crafted to be engaging and informative, and they helped to guide visitors through the different sections of the landing page.

To further enhance the user experience, I also included two call-to-action buttons on the landing page. These buttons were strategically placed in prominent positions to encourage visitors to explore the artist’s portfolio and to contact them if they were interested in working together.

Overall Design Experience: Challenging and Rewarding

Overall, the design experience for this project was both challenging and rewarding. I enjoyed experimenting with different design elements and techniques, and I was thrilled to see how they came together to create a visually stunning and engaging landing page. Working with the artist was also a great experience, as they were open to my ideas and suggestions and provided me with the freedom to explore different design concepts.

In conclusion, designing a landing page for a 2D and 3D visual artist portfolio was an exciting and fulfilling project for me. It allowed me to showcase my creativity and design skills, while also helping the artist to promote their work in a visually appealing and engaging way. I look forward to working on similar projects in the future, and I can’t wait to see what new challenges and opportunities await me.
